Дегтярев стоял на балконе своего здания, хлопал и улыбался. А внизу омон избивал людей, включая подростков. Я лично была в тот день на площади и видела всё это своими глазами. Это он дал команду натравить на нас омон. Во множестве имеются записи этого избиения, как они валяли людей по земле…

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization.
