Проблема актуальная – к депутатам не раз обращались петербуржцы, столкнувшиеся с фактами искажения решений собственников управляющими компаниями. Действующие законы не позволяют эффективно бороться с фальсификаторами. Поэтому предлагаем внести в уголовное законодательство специальную норму, за нарушение которой может последовать лишение свободы и крупные штрафы.
Надеюсь, что наша инициатива найдет поддержку наших коллег из других регионов России.
