En ce premier anniversaire du retrait de l'Alliance des États du Sahel (AES) de la CEDEAO, une cérémonie solennelle de montée des couleurs a eu lieu à Ouagadougou le 28 janvier 2025 sous la présidence de SEM Karamoko Jean Marie TRAORE, ministre des Affaires étrangères. "Nous avons célébré notre unité en honorant nos hymnes nationaux et en levant fièrement nos drapeaux aux côtés de l'étendard de l'AES", a t'il declaré 🇧🇫🇲🇱🇳🇪
Dans son discours, le ministre a aussi rappelé l'importance de cette alliance, soulignant que la décision de s'unir est une réponse aux aspirations profondes de nos peuples.

"Мы отпраздновали наше единство, исполнив наши национальные гимны и с гордостью подняв наши флаги вместе с флагом AES", - заявил он 🇧🇫🇲🇱🇳🇪
В своей речи министр также напомнил о важности этого союза, подчеркнув, что решение об объединении стало ответом на глубокие чаяния наших народов.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
