Мониторинги дорожной обстановки в Ленобласти

Со 2 по 4 января спасатели поисково-спасательных отрядов Аварийно-спасательной службы выезжали на дежурства с целью контроля дорожной обстановки на трассах М-10, М-11, А-121, А-215 и Р-21.

2 января в течение всего дня обочины были в удовлетворительном состоянии, а проезжие части очищены, без гололеда.

Утром и днем 3 и 4 января дорожные полотна были в удовлетворительном состоянии. Вечером выпали осадки. Дорожные службы своевременно провели чистку снега.

❗️Уважаемые водители автотранспорта❗️

Во избежание роста числа ДТП и осложнения дорожно-транспортной ситуации просим быть внимательными и аккуратными на дорогах. Соблюдайте дистанцию, а также избегайте необоснованных маневров и резких торможений.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
