Как сообщает пресс-служба Федеральной палаты адвокатов РФ, ФПА направила запрос руководителю Федеральной службы государственной статистики Сергею Галкину с просьбой дать разъяснения о том, существует ли необходимость у адвокатов, учредивших адвокатские кабинеты, представлять в Росстат статистическую отчетность.
В случае изменения позиции Росстата и возникновения у адвокатов, учредивших адвокатские кабинеты, обязанности подавать статистическую отчетность информация об этом будет размещена на сайте ФПА РФ.
