Продолжаю искать гимнастику для Алисы - так мы решили попробовать занятия в Baby Gym на Динамо

Тренировка получилась очень динамичная - тренер Алексей как-то очень ловко умудрялся взаимодействовать со всеми, хотя группа была человек 6. 

Упражнения стандартные: разминка, полоса препятствий, бег, лазание по шведской стенке, кувырки, кольца, батуты - все, что нужно для возраста от 2 до 3 лет. Алиса не ходила на гимнастику с прошлого мая, но прогресс за это время получился существенный - почти все упражнения выполняла сама, а после тренировки не хотела уходить

Зал тоже понравился: довольно просторный, оборудование новое и кроме нашей группы параллельно никто не занимался - ничто не отвлекало. Пока по району это, кажется, лучшее предложение для двухлеток, но выбора на северо-западе Москвы почему-то куда меньше, чем на юге. Хотя с 3 лет начинается художественная гимнастика - и тут вариантов становится гораздо больше
