Для будущих жителей нового дома в Новиково провели "народный контроль". Это программа, которую в регионе инициировал губернатор Валерий Лимаренко. И мы уже не первый год ее успешно реализуем.

В самом южном населенном пункте острова мы построили уютный трехэтажный дом, в котором разместились 27 квартир - все предназначены под переселение из аварийного жилищного фонда.

Будущие новоселы познакомились с планировкой, оценили качество ремонта и даже смогли решить какую мебель необходимо докупить.

Важно, что перед "народным контролем" была проведена процедура жеребьевки. Номера квартир распределялись случайным образом. Учитывалось лишь количество комнат, остальное жители "выбирали" сами.
