Просто умиляюсь, какие оптимистичные люди тогда сидели в верхах обеих империй...
И вот казалось бы, где там штурм Плевны и оборона Шипки, а где советская война в Афганистане, московская Олимпиада и смерть Брежнева... Однако, они рядом.
