Осенью-зимой 1362 г. состоялась знаменитая Битва при синих водах (ныне территория Кировоградской области Украины) между ордынцами и армией Великого княжества Литовского (кстати, точное и полное название этого интересного славяно-балтского государства - Великое княжество Литовское, Руськое, Жомойтское и иных). Многие историки считают, что именно это за много веков до Ленина и австро-венгерского генштаба определило разные пути современных русских и украинцев, соответственно РФ и Украины. Одни остались в зависимости от Орды, другие ушли в ВКЛ. Не знаю, Синие воды ли только, но, безусловно, событие очень важное. И, наверное, неслучайно сегодня в России ему не уделяют должного внимания в школе.
