Как следует из решения суда от 22 января, Высокий суд Англии и Уэльса запретил прогосударственным российским телеканалам — Russia Today, «Спас» и «Царьград» — судиться с Google по вопросу блокировки YouTube-каналов медиа.
Причиной стал размер судебной неустойки за неисполнения Google требований российского суда в 20 трлн раз больше общего ВВП всех стран мира.
Российские телеканалы считают решение суда необъективным и планируют его обжаловать.

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
