В послесловии об июльской сессии Псковского областного Собрания рассказал об основных темах заседания: отчет о результатах работы особой экономической зоны Моглино и дальнейшие планы на нее, расширение полномочий губернатора до возможности снять с должности главу округа, создание центра обеспечения деятельности мировых судей.
Также предложил региональному парламенту рассмотреть возможность запуска чартерных рейсов из Пскова в Санкт-Петербург и обратно. Подробнее в видео.
