Правительство России поручило Минобороны подписать с Индией соглашение о порядке взаимного направления воинских формирований, кораблей и военных воздушных судов на территорию стран, говорится в распоряжении.
На территории принимающей стороны может находиться не больше 5 военных кораблей, 10 военных воздушных судов и 3 тысячи человек личного состава, если нет иной договоренности.
Целями называются определение порядка направления воинских формирований, захода в порт военных кораблей и использования воздушного пространства и аэродромов сторон, а также организация материально-технического обеспечения формирований, кораблей, воздушных судов и оборудования.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
