По словам собеседника издания, недавно компания из ОАЭ не смогла сделать перевод в юанях из Казахстана в китайский банк Chouzhou Commercial между своими счетами. Такой перевод был заблокирован Bank of China, который выступал банком-корреспондентом.
«При этом ни директор, ни учредитель компании не имели формальных связей с Россией», — отметил Донченко. По его данным, банк Chouzhou теперь просит платить ему из Казахстана только из тех банков, с кем у него есть прямые корреспондентские отношения.
