«Истерия враждебных сил в отношении корейско-российских отношений свидетельствует, что укрепленное взаимодействие между независимыми суверенными государствами очень эффективно для обеспечения паритета сил, необходимых для сдерживания расширения США и Западом злобных сил, для защиты глобального мира и безопасности», — говорится в заявлении.
В КНДР также обвинили США и страны Запада в затягивании российско-украинской войны и дестабилизации ситуации с безопасностью в Европе и Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе.
