Георгий Другин в мессенджере WhatsApp переслал в группу «Батагай Поболтай» видеоролики, освещающие события в Курске, в том числе видео с военнопленными. Правоохранительные органы нашли в этом признаки «дискредитации» ВС РФ.
Томпонский районный суд Якутии назначил Другину 30 тысяч рублей штрафа. Мужчина признал вину и пояснил, что на войне у него погиб сын, видео пересылал, так как желал узнать мнение людей.
Суд при вынесении решения учёл в качестве смягчающих обстоятельств признание вины и наличие у него несовершеннолетних детей.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
