В рамках пилотного проекта по развитию мелкооптовых ХАБов на СПбМТСБ запускаются первые 3 - в Московской области. ХАБы (балансовые пункты реализации) объединяют нефтехранилища по географическому принципу. ХАБ Москва Запад, Восток и Юг.
После заведения инструментов планируется старт реализации нефтепродуктов на указанных базисах, на условиях самовывоз авто.
