Шесть полигонов ТБО построят в Карагандинской области
Аким Карагандинской области Ермаганбет Булекпаев на заседании Совета по переходу к «зелёной экономике» сообщил о снижении выбросов на 14,5 тысячи тонн за 9 месяцев 2024 года.
В регионе продолжается газификация: подключено 3 573 дома, а для 7 621 дома построены газовые сети. На крупных предприятиях установлены системы мониторинга выбросов.
Среди экологических инициатив — строительство шести полигонов ТБО с сортировочными линиями в нескольких городах и районах. В 2024 году переработано 55% отходов. В рамках акции «Таза Қазақстан» высажено 42 тысячи деревьев.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
