Канта Александр Фёдоров и директор Атлантического отделения Института океанологии имени Ширшова Российской академии наук Вадим Сивков торжественно открыли в Калининградской области карбоновый полигон - третий из планируемых в России семи. Несмотря на грозное название, эта инновационная научная площадка на торфянике Витгирренский в Славском городском округе будет заниматься сугубо мирным делом - мониторингом уровня парниковых газов и разработкой методики контроля углеродного баланса. В ответах на глобальные (встающие перед всем человечеством!) вызовы теперь участвует и наш регион - что, безусловно, повод для гордости.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
