❇️ مدیریت نظام سلامت در شرایط دشوار کنونی، بیش از هر چیز نیازمند ایجاد اجماع و سیاست‌گذاری همه‌جانبه‌نگر به پشتوانه‌ی مقبولیت، دانش و تجربیات ارزشمند است.
❇️ اینجانبان جمعی از اعضای هیئت علمی علوم پایه وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی، ضمن اعلام حمایت از شخصیت دانشمند، کاردان، اخلاق‌مدار، جانباز و دلسوز دین و میهن، جناب آقای دکتر ظفرقندی، از منتخبین مردم شریف ایران درخواست می‌کنیم با لحاظ نکات زیر با رای اعتماد حداکثری به این مدیر ایثارگر، موجبات حرکت سریع نظام سلامت به سمت کارآمدی، عدالت و اخلاق را فراهم سازند:
