این ویدیو که روز ۱۲ فوریه منتشر شد، حافظ اسد را در حال قدم زدن در یکی از خیابان‌های گران‌قیمت مسکو در طول روز نشان می‌دهد.

در این کلیپ کوتاه ۹ ثانیه‌ای، او تنها تایید می‌کند که او دارای دو حساب کاربری رسمی، یکی در تلگرام و دیگری در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس است.

او در این ویدیو با گویش عربی سوریه‌ای می‌گوید: «سوالاتی مطرح شده بود که آیا این حساب‌های کاربری متعلق به من هستند. می‌خواستم روشن کنم: بله، این حساب‌ها متعلق به من هستند و در هیچ پلتفرم دیگری حساب ندارم.»

این ویدیو پس از آن منتشر شد که حساب تلگرامی منتسب به حافظ، جزئیاتی درباره لحظات پایانی حکومت پدرش منتشر کرد. اگرچه حافظ در این ویدیو به‌طور مستقیم نام حساب تلگرامی خود را ذکر نکرد، اما نشان درج‌شده روی ویدیو نشان می‌دهد که این حساب همان حساب معروف و منتسب به او است.
