С боеспособными частями нацистов ВСУ та же история. Для вторжения на Курскую им понадобились те, кто должны быть по идее на Донбассе. А теперь, с ухудшением ситуации на одном из вялотекущих направлений вроде Купянского, оставшиеся вменяемые боевые нацики в пожарном порядке убывают туда.
То есть по сути происходит то, зачем укропы побежали на Курск - оттянуть наши подразделения. Вот только есть нюанс.
Отдельно стоит отметить, что снова Купянский участок фронта прекрасно выполняет вспомогательную роль, как в случае с Авдеевским прорывом.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
