На фото два десерта, сфотографированные из последнего: муссовый на палочке, в шоколадной глазуре и имбирные печеньки Рецепт печенек такой: 280-300 гр муки 1 ч л корицы 0,5 ч л имбиря 0,5 ч л соды Соединила и смешала сухие ингредиенты в отдельной емкости 100 гр сливочного масла комнатной температуры 100 гр сахарной пудры взбила миксером около 5 мин. Добавила 1 яйцо комнатной температуры , взбила 1 мин. 2 ст л меда жидкого и еще раз взбила В несколько заходов просеяла сухие ингредиенты и убрала в холодильник на 2 часа Выпекать в заранее разогретой до 180 градусов духовке 5-6-7 мин до легкого румянца. Я выпекала 6 мин
