Горожане несут цветы и игрушки в память о погибших к инсталляции «Сердце», которая была повреждена при обстреле. В панихиде также участвуют губернатор, мэр Белгорода, депутаты и чиновники.

Ровно год назад при обстреле Белгорода погибли 25 человек, более сотни получили ранения.
