«Київстар» заявив про скасування арешту акцій, накладеного у справі СБУ проти російського олігарха Фрідмана Шевченківський районний суд Києва скасував арешт 47,85% акцій українського мобільного оператора «Київстар», а також 100% інших українських компаній (Ukraine Tower Company, Kyivstar Tech і Helsi), яка належать зареєстрованй у Нідерландах компанії VEON.
«Рішення повністю скасовує обмеження корпоративних прав, попередньо накладене українськими судами», – заявили у пресслужбі «Київстару», не уточнивши, що стало підставою для скасування арешту.
У судовому реєстрі це рішення Шевченківського районного суду Києва наразі не оприлюднене.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
