Сенатор Людмила Талабаева посетила судостроительный комплекс "Звезда", первую в России верфь крупнотоннажного судостроения.

Завод способен удовлетворять потребности российских заказчиков на континентальном шельфе. Проект был запущен 1 сентября 2016 года при участии Президента России Владимира Путина.

Талабаева ознакомилась с цехами, сухим доком и учебным центром. Обсуждались вопросы господдержки, импортозамещения, подготовки кадров и перспективы отрасли. Она подчеркнула важность развития отечественного судостроения для обороноспособности и экономического суверенитета России.

Талабаева также исполнила желание девочки из Софьи Смирновой, подарив ей электрогитару из Санкт-Петербурга.
