Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses.
