С этого дня на территории региона будет действовать запрет на розничную продажу алкогольной продукции при оказании услуг общественного питания с 22:00 до 08:00 следующего дня.
Ограничения касаются объектов общепита, расположенных в многоквартирных домах и на прилегающих к ним территориях (на расстоянии менее 50 метров от многоквартирного дома). Исключение составят рестораны.
Закон был принят в прошлом году по итогам широкого обсуждения. Он является ответом на запрос общества и позволит навести порядок в сфере псевдообщепита – заведений, которые маскируются под кафе и бары.
