По информации Mash, всё случилось вчера в районе 13:00 на Тверской улице. Официальная причина пока неизвестна. При этом в Армении генерал-майора обвиняют по нескольким статьям: "Незаконное участие в предпринимательской деятельности", "Злоупотребление должностными полномочиями" и "Злоупотребление властью".
Карапетян руководил Минобороны с августа по ноябрь 2021 года во втором правительстве Пашиняна. Многие его запомнили за призывы попросить помощи для страны у ключевого союзника — России. Сейчас же Карапетян — лидер оппозиционного движения "Всеармянский фронт".

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
