Напомним, что в Астраханской области два действующих порта, один в Дагестане. А вот в Калмыкии, как выразился сам Хасиков на этом же форуме: "100 километров абсолютно не освоенного побережья", часть которого уже смогли забрать себе два каких-то олигарха из списка Forbes, построив там себе частные базы.
