А вы как сами думаете, построить современный полигон, да ещё в правильном месте (а не как сейчас) - это пальцем щёлкнуть?
Разработка документации, определение финансирования, различные согласования и так далее - это не быстрый процесс. Но он уже запущен и руководство республики доведет его до логического завершения (у них выхода другого просто нет).
P.S. администрацию Элисты теперь возглавляет Лиджиков и он со знанием дела включился в этот вопрос (повторимся - теперь они у руля СпецАТХ). Так что все будет хорошо, не переживайте. А мы обещаем рассказать о всех подвижках в решении этой задачи.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly.
