Россия от поры и до поры
Живёт в огне войны, любви и боли,
Сейчас Господь руками медсестры
Накладывает жгут солдату в поле.

Осталась сзади лесополоса,
Оттуда ожидается подмога,
Солдат так грустно смотрит в небеса
Глазами умирающего Бога.

Слабеет тело, меркнет красота,
Теперь он очень чётко понимает,
Что с этого солдатского креста
Не сходят, а всегда с него снимают.

Но если существует смерть и крест,
И муки от душевных потрясений,
То значит, независимо от мест,
Сбываются и сотни воскресений.
