Новые подъемные механизмы появились в 18 учреждениях: в Саратове, Энгельсе, Балакове, Балтае, Красном Куте, Ртищево, Петровске, Новоузенске, Хвалынске. Меняли оборудование, срок службы которого превысил 25 лет. Так, в поликлиническом отделении Саратовской городской детской больницы лифты не обновлялись с момента постройки - начала 90-х годов.
