Площадь нового городского курорта составит 12 тыс. кв. м, 2,5 тыс. из которых — уличная часть. В термальном комплексе будет 10 видов бань и саун разной температуры и влажности, бассейны, в том числе детские и с аттракционами, два уличных бассейна, закрытые зоны, где можно разместиться с семьей или компанией, и фуд-корт. Стоимость проекта оценивается в 1 млрд рублей.

Предполагается, что комплекс будут посещать до 2 тыс. человек в день. Средний чек в будни составит от 1,1 тыс. рублей за три часа.

Стройка термального комплекса на Оренбургском тракте уже идет. Открыть первую очередь планируют уже в мае 2024-го, вторую — осенью будущего года.
