Верховный суд Донецкой Народной Республики установил, что осуждённый, выполняя приказ о ликвидации мирного населения, расстрелял со старшим боевой позиции автомобиль с детьми. В результате двое мужчин, женщина и 3-летний мальчик скончались на месте, двоим детям и их бабушке удалось спастись.
С учетом позиции государственного обвинителя суд приговорил «азовца» к пожизненному лишению свободы с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии особого режима.

The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
