Частичка сегодняшнего мероприятия вместе с "Отцы рядом" , дети лично меня очень поразили около 20 участников в нашем с @elena_lmurr соревновани под названием - "человек Г.О.Р.А." -Девушки приседали с гирей на время (2.00 мин) -мальчики махи гири 2мя руками 8кг на время (2.00 мин) -девочки приседания с гирей на время (2.00 мин) -мужчины двоеборье : Жим гири над головой на кол|во за отведенное время(2.00 мин) и удержание гантели 25кг на время Достойные соревнования, достойная конкуренция, всеми горжусь!

Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
