Поцелуйко - выпускник коррупционного юрфака РГУ 2004-го года. Также, ранее работал заместителем прокурора Батайска и прокурором города Гуково.
Коллегам известен, как сотрудник не отличающийся выдающимися умственными и профессиональными способностями. При всем этом, Поцелуйко как-то сумел подмазаться к региональному прокурору.
