Близкие к вице-премьеру Хуснуллину источники сообщают о планах Правительства создать Единую дирекцию по ФЦП для Крыма и Севастополя с правом распоряжаться финансированием, заключения контрактов с ед. поставщиками и освоения программы ФЦП на примере Дирекции во время строительства объектов олимпиады в Сочи. Если это случится, все права по деньгам ФЦП у Крыма и Севастополя отберут. А существующие сейчас структуры участвующие в реализации ФЦП станут не нужны. Очевидно, что данная мера является вынужденной и целиком раскрывает всю глубину происходящего в обоих регионах пиз$€ца с реализацией ФЦП. Продолжаем наблюдать.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
