Очень часто о личных границах говорят в контексте защиты своего личного пространства интересов и чувств. Но функции личных границ не заканчиваются на защите, другая важная их роль-коммуникация между людьми.
Ясно обозначая что тебе нравится,а что нет, как тебе подходит,а что тебя не устраивает ты делаешь себя более понятным и " читаемым" для окружающих тебя людей. От озвучивания твоих потребностей они лучше понимают тебя и общаться становится проще.
Сложности с выстраиванием границ могут возникать из-за страха отвержения, вот примерный список убеждений ( он может быть намного длиннее и разнообразней):
-Если заявлю о своих интересах/потребностях, то от меня отвернуться и не будут общаться -Скажут что я "истеричка" -Скажут что я слишком много хочу -Подумают что я злой -Обидятся на меня -Я недостаточно хорош, чтобы просить о чём-то -Надо потерпеть,само как-нибудь утрясется -Скажу потом/в следующий раз. -Но ведь и так понятно,что *...* неприятно!
