Уж не знаю, во сколько налогоплательщикам Югры обходится это удовольствие для чиновников (здесь нужно плюсовать еще и расходы на заказные материалы в федеральной прэссе, названия перечислять не буду, одно РБК с ТАСС чего стоят), но я бы диагностировал эту прихоть как старый приятель Натальи Владимировны — митрополит Павел — не эффективное расходование бюджетных средств «с ярко выраженным интересом».

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
