Проверка паспортов, выданных в рамках закрытой программы «Гражданство за инвестиции» продолжается. Как оказалось, на сегодняшний день их изъяли у 86 иностранцев.

Имена 77 из них стали известны. В понедельник, 25 ноября, был обнародован список лиц, у которых забрали кипрские паспорта. В него также вошла информация о юридических фирмах, предоставлявших помощь в подаче документов и получении гражданства инвесторам.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
