Скучновато получилось. Надо упростить еще больше: закончилась эра дешевого всего. При том, что в России электроэнергия была дешевой вовсе не для всех, а для кого-то она вообще была дороже, чем на том самом Западе. Высказывание Грабчака – всего лишь иллюстрация отношения Минэнерго к проблеме.
Что могло бы предложить Минэнерго? Вариантов достаточно: от введения функционирующих механизмов контроля над расходованием получаемых тарифов до анонсирования каких-то программ, направленных на создание условий для сдерживания или снижения цен в рамках рыночных механизмов (пока что речь идет только о препятствовании таким процессам).
А так устами Грабчака (и других, даже менее сдержанных) Минэнерго говорит, что оно этим заниматься не собирается.
