Министр дорожного хозяйства и транспорта Челябинской области отправлен в СИЗО по делу о растрате в особо крупном размере

Постановлением Мещанского районного суда города Москвы удовлетворено ходатайство органов предварительного расследования об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Нечаева Алексея Сергеевича, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 160 УК РФ, на срок 01 месяц 22 суток.

Суд отказал в удовлетворении ходатайства стороны защиты - адвокатов Нечаева А.С. об избрании иной, более мягкой меры пресечения, не связанной с заключением под стражу.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
