Принял участие по ВКС в заседании Совета законодателей Краснодарского края.
Кроме корректировок в Положении о Совете законодателей края была представлена инициатива по внесению изменений в федеральное законодательство в части наделения властей субъектов полномочиями по госконтролю за плодородием земель, а также установлению административной ответственности за нарушение региональных требований в данной сфере.
❗️По итогам кубанские парламентарии подготовят итоговый документ, который рассмотрят с коллегами из Южно-Российской Парламентской Ассоциации, затем в качестве законодательной инициативы представят в Государственную Думу.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
