Распознавание не без ошибок, хотя, как видите, здесь довольно разборчивый почерк. Иногда программа перескакивает через строчки и пропускает буквы, но в любом случае, если нужно перевести записи в электронный формат, это сильно ускорит процесс.
Озвучивание пока порекомендовать не могу, напоминает голоса в переводчиках, которые были лет так 15 назад. Но технологиям, безусловно, есть куда развиваться.
