Он якобы осмотрел ход строительства ЖК "Тридевяткино царство", но на самом деле разбирался с историей задержания экс-директора Фонда помощи обманутым дольщикам Ленобласти Александра Горшенева.
По мнению следствия, экс-директор вместе с начальником отдела закупок и директором проектной организации "Стройэксперт" заключали договоры с компаниями на выполнение проектно-изыскательских работ по заведомо завышенной стоимости. На эти работы было затрачено 100 млн руб., но их реальная стоимость не превышала 56 млн руб.
Обвиняемый свою вину не признает. Его заключили под стражу на 2 месяца.
