Под предлогом перехода на отечественное программное обеспечение министерство цифрового развития, информационных технологий и связи Ростовской области заключило госконтракт с ООО «Электронные офисные системы (Софт)» на оказание услуг на сумму 59 990 000 рублей. По факту использовался «Мой офис», стоимость которого ниже более чем в 4 раза.
На основании материалов УФСБ России по Ростовской области возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Злоупотребление должностными полномочиями».

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
