Как сообщалось ранее, четверо мужчин в районе дома по улице Кирова города Артема избили молодого человека. По данному факту СКР Приморья возбуждено уголовное дело, по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
В ходе оперативно-розыскных мероприятий задержаны еще два фигуранта уголовного дела, в суд подготовлены ходатайства об избрании им меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
