К чему этот вой про "совковские практики"? Раз уж студент учится на бюджете, т.е. бесплатно, то государство, оплачивающее его обучение, может потребовать отработки за потраченные деньги. Вполне себе справедливо. Не хочешь отрабатывать - учись за свои. Или бери кредит. Или договаривайся с работодателем. Вполне справедливо.
