Не сотрудникам МВД, собирательными образами которых стали участковый Анискин или майор Костенко, а царскому сыщику Кошко.
Как думаете, нормально ли, если на приведение в порядок объекта культурного наследия, в котором с начала ХIХ века существовала Сущёвская полицейская часть с пожарным депо, а сейчас расположен Музей МВД, денег не находят, но на установку памятника некоему Кошко - всегда, пожалуйста.
Почему так? Уж не потому ли, что кто-то хорошо провёл время в Париже? Там живут внуки вышеуказанного эмигранта. Или какая другая причина? Почему вдруг "всплыла" именно фигура Кошко? Как вы думаете?
