Часть свай основания опиралась на скальный грунт, часть - просто на грунт. В результате - перекос, неравномерные нагрузки, разрушение. Мерзлота осталась, она не причём. 🔻Вывод 2: резервуар в 2015 году выведен в ремонт (надзор прекращён), а в 2019 году введён в эксплуатацию. Без необходимой для этого экспертизы Ростехнадзора. 🔸Оказывается, так можно. 🔺Вывод 3: была привлечена "экспертная" организация, разрешившая увеличить налив на четверть.
